It would be the feds trying to enforce,
and Texans refusing to allow that enforcement.
If that happened, the feds would have to walk away with their tails between their legs.

The problem is, Good People usually try to work within a corrupt system in the hopes of finding at least one person who is Moral and Honest. That my friends is a PIPE DREAM, these Judges are Beholden to the system, in fact the Left depends on it, which is why I say Shut her Down and save your Money.

agreed- Conservative law groups need to take this fight to court....we need to be screaming about discrimination loud and clear they way muslim groups are handled by ayatollah obama and Christian groups mistreated...
How about this for a test case:
Close all their stores except in one state. Then tell the fed to piss off as they only sell within that state. The fed has no say in a business that doesn’t cross state lines.
It took me a while to understand that.When a sob like obama gets over 50% Nationwide two times it is all over but the crying. If I had abusiness, I would lay off my help and close it down. If I was in charge of an oil refinery or any industry, I would destrot along with the blue prints all the essential machinery and shut them down.

If that is true then this need to be brought to the supremes again as unconstitutional. You cannot favor one group over another in law or tax code. Does anyone know of the specific language that says that?
Can Texas survive without federal funds? That’s what the first step will be. It won’t be armed troops. It will be cutting off federal money until Texas complies.
That’s one of the great things about Texas - yes, it can.
It can probably survive better without “federal funds” than the feds can survive without Texas income taxes.
Also, Texas is a net exporter of electricity, so no fed leverage there, either.
There are even businesses exempted. McDonalds for one...

Conservative states are going to kick the feds out, as much as they can- and not accept the federal money, thereby not submitting to the federal government.
Then the conservative states will work together, shut out the progressives, and we will have a divided country.
So be it.
North Carolina is making many moves to get away from the feds. We need to encourage others to pay attention to their state and local governments. Because YES- states are getting rid of the federal government.
Can we make it? Of course we can. We WANT them to get out of our states. We are PUSHING them out.
Can the rest of the country survive if Texas cuts off the oil and gas pipelines? The state can sell on the open market at a greater profit, instead of fueling the eastern and northern states.
