Opinion polls are irrelevant with respect to Constitutional Rights. The President, every Senator and Congressman took the oath of office which reads in part, "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic".

No politician has the right to ignore or circumvent the plain language of the Bill of Rights. Such action is grounds for impeachment.

The above being established, I still voted in the poll.
