If I followed correctly, the Dems gave up on 1226 the ban on conceal carry in colleges, and SB 196 to sue everyone for having an AR or like gun if it hurts someone.
And I think we got a fair chance of defeating the mag ban 1224 as the Rs fought hard in the Senate throughout the day.
The “universal background check” probably has the best chance of getting ramrodded through even though it was shown to be absolute hogwash.
What cheeses me off is the fact that a vast majority of folks taking the time and making the effort to stop this madness outnumber by a hugh margin those supporting these laws.
Yet those elected f***s simply ignore this, and walk into that building with their minds already made up.
NO representation.
None.
Senators who say they are undecided on HB 1224, mag size ban, are Angela Giron, D-Pueblo; Linda Newell, D-Littleton, and Cheri Jahn, D-Wheat Ridge, and Lois Tochtrop, D-Thorton, who say they will vote no.
