Resegregation is the process by which certain “protected” classes of individuals have self-segregated from the rest of the population (they group themselves according to whatever ethnic or race group they identify with while working hard to avoid contact with those who are different from themselves). In other words, in schools, neighborhoods, suburbs, etc, these people prefer to live among those who are like them. So, apparently, Obozo believes that he must force these people to integrate back into the rest of society. Good luck with that Obozo!

Resegragation is the voluntary movement of people to safer areas. What they will do to fight it is very simple, simply have REGIONAL busing for schools, by merging districts. So people that live, say, a but outside of Houston and have very good schools, will soon see a new batch of gang-bangers. Likewise, their precious children will soon be getting a taste of “city life”.
All they need are a few friendly judges and then it’s a done deal - since most parents, even on this site, are TOO STUPID to keep their kids out of the public school system.

This guy has very lazy eyes! Of course, a minority hire, but with more government experience than Zer0, although they both spent some time on the streets in the hood pimping out other peeps cash.

He’s going to revisit the deadly and terrible socialist policy of forced busing white kids into black neighborhoods and schools for “integration.” That and bus gang thugs into middle class areas for school all the while pretending the racist thugs are the “victims” of whitey.
It will be the nail in the coffin of the public school scam if they do this again. Before conservatives put an end to Federal ordered busing, everyone knew black racism and gang violence up close and personal. You could not move away from it. When Black students in the cities failed to acheive quota equality with whites, socialists would demand race and sex changes (dumbing down, double standards, and hardcore socialist re-education) to end the white racism and white male sexism because whites were said to be making making the black kids be violent and fail.
Well, Obama has to do something for African Americans, who insist he is short-changing them. I don’t know how this guy is going to desegregate, but I’m not optimistic.
The problem will be solved as soon as black families start valuing education as much as Asian families do. Same goes for less affluent white families.
