Think about how may bureaucrats and how many hours it will take to train them the rules. Just the training will cost a scillion dollars.

You need to write some sarcastic rebuttal articles for the conservative media. Maybe even some of the MSM would print a column like this. It needs more widespread readership. We need to mock them to get the message out.
