After listening to her and to Phyllis Schlafly, I really believe she had to fight the Rove machine, too. Would have been a huge waste of money. Rove now has no credibility.

I have to admit that I wasn’t familiar with Clarence Mingo and had to look him up! It’s good to see a young conservative Black man from Ohio - speaking out.

Part of the point is that she’s said nothing, with the GOPe trying to ram it through this spring. Saying nothing speaks volumes.

She was supportive of Gov. Brewer, but she also during her time on Fox went out of her way to say there was no daylight between her and McCain’s position on it. And, just as McCain and all the others in the GOPe were hiding behind ‘enforce the border first’, then we’ll talk about next steps’ (which was just after the tea party victories in 210), Palin started saying the same.

I think she’s terrific, but she’s been terrible on this issue in part because she has been so evasive on it.

Typically I have only gotten the chance to watch just a few minutes of Her speech,(people are never around when you need them and always around when you don't) but from what I saw and judging from you all's reaction it sounds like it was Sarah's best speech yet!

If there was one thing however, when she said about Ubama that he won and now needs to do his Job. He doesn't want to, he HATES the nation he is in charge of.

That is hard for many people to get their heads around, we always say that the President has our full faith and confidence to do whats right, but he doesn't have any of that in us.

It was still a great speech though, and for those of you Bitching about her Soft Drink, Voice, Speech Patters Yadda Yadda Yadda, I will just say this, you don't beat the enemy by fighting the war their way on their terms on their ground.

If you want that, go support Mitch McConnell, talk about doing it the good ole boys way.

I got the rimless....just like my Sarah. Every time I put them on I think of her.

The only thing you had to speak of was her “shrill”. Never mind the content of her speech.

So yes, by your one post, I did call you a Sarah hater. You focused on her “voice” instead of what she was speaking (although I found nothing wrong in her voice). She made me laugh and think about what I can do personally, on my local level, which BTW, I’ve just jumped in to.

You can look up my entire history, have at it. My character speaks for it self.

LOL.... I love those glasses. You gals look great with those. My wife has a very old pair that are similar.... and they are my favorite.
