Kitzhaber Won't Approve Haugen's Execution
Kitzhaber: Execute the unborn, don’t execute convicted murderers.
The guy was convicted of TWO murders. But heck, what does that matter? He’ll probably go on to kill somebody else in jail, but I guess Kitzhaber is pretty sure that he himself will never end up in jail, so who cares?
Heh. For just a brief, brief second there, I read that as “won’t block Hagel’s execution.”
