NRA’s LaPierre: ‘Let them be damned’…
Tea Party ^ | March 15, 2013 | Second Amendment

Posted on 03/16/2013 5:52:27 PM PDT by yoe

NRA executive vice president Wayne LaPierre is not cowed by the criticism he and his organization have received in the wake of the shooting in Newtown, Conn. In a fiery speech to the Conservative Political Action Conference — met with cries from the audience of “Right! Right!” and “Amen!” — LaPierre dismissed Democrats’ calls for expanding background checks and called once again for putting armed guards in schools across the country.

“There’s not a mom or a dad anywhere who wouldn’t feel safer seeing a police car in parking lot when they drop their kids off to school,” he said.

Video

[snip] LaPierre reserved his harshest criticism for Janet Napolitano’s Department of Homeland Security, which suggested in a recent Web video that citizens protect themselves from gunmen with scissors.

“Scissors? That’s their answer?” LaPierre asked. “Let’s get this straight: To protect our children at school, we recommend a trained professional with a gun, and they recommend scissors? And they say we’re crazy? It’s sheer madness.”

Things are so bad in Washington with Obama and his people that they are being called insane. Mark La Mont says Obama's debt is COOL!....Janet Reno is buying up huge amounts of weapons and ammunition and telling the citizens to fight back with a pair of scissors.....it does appear that Jarrett and Axelrod are running the White House as NO president has ever so defiled that office...Obama is either totally inept or insane or both....the Obama girls seem to disrespect our nation when the Flag passes by....a little tyrant in N. Korea says he is going to fire atomic weapons at America...us!....Hagel makes the usual Washingtonian threats where everyone knows the USA paper tiger will do nothing!....what is going on here...call your elected to step up to the plate and protect this nation as they swore to do.

Klinton’s assault rifle ban and background checks failed in Colorado. Several sheriffs have stated that they will not enforce unlawful laws.

Homeland Security now has Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) on the streets of America.

Like it or not but Obama is planning to outgun us.

If this isn't war...what is?

I agree.

Rebellion can have many forms.

In present times, LEO’s openly stating for the record that they will NOT support or enforce new anti-gun laws.

Firearms-related businesses dropping support and refusing sales to LEO organizations in areas that support any anti-gun laws. (Why not the big guys NOT supporting orders from the federal government, en toto?)

In the days of the American Revolution, governors, and others in municipal control, were whisked away in the middle of the night, INCLUDING Ben Franklin’s son, The Royal Governor of New Jersey. Until it was learned that he was indeed Ben’s son, they were going to lynch him! The folks moved him and his family off to Connecticut, instead.

Only as an academic exercise, suppose the air got so thick, today, that elected and appointed officials began to be missing? Would it put a bit of fright into them, ya think?

Would you agree that history has it’s own way of repeating itself, on either side of the coin?

We have a lot of Communist/progressive/liberals that have tried to ruin this country, for their own pleasure, and it is time to call them to their accountability!

“Creepy Creedy’s ‘black bag’ can work both ways.”

Long Live The Republic!

New York aand other colonies had Committees of Safety and later Committees of Conspiracy in 1770`s for whisking away Tories in the black of night.
Solved that problem.

My gut feeling is that 0bama has sown the seeds of his own destruction with 0bamaCare. I think that will be painfully obvious to everyone about a year from now. And I do mean painfully.

“Accountability, what a fantastic concept!”

Yes, now take a BP pill and read all about the “Senior Senator” from California, the “Dishonorable” Dianne Feinswine and her crooked fourth husband Dickie Blum! The gun grabber and her consort have managed to “grab” a lot of taxpayer dollars too!

They make a corkscrew look straight, That this woman should be in charge of “Senate Ethics” would gag a maggot!

“New York aand other colonies had Committees of Safety and later Committees of Conspiracy in 1770`s for whisking away Tories in the black of night.”

And it worked well. When Col. Moultrie organized the 1st and 2nd battalions for the defense of Charleston Harbor against the British fleet, the king’s governor skedaddled away from his post and sought refuge on a British war ship.
