The National Rifle Association, which is battling a raft of gun control measures on Capitol Hill, also has an international fight on its hand as it gears up to oppose a U.N. treaty designed to restrict the flow of arms to conflict zones.

The UN may pass what it wishes, it will NOT be approved by 2/3 of senate. Much like Kyoto the resident of the white house or his proxy may sign but it will never be the law of the land.

Let them try to enforce this if passed. My sense is that those responsible for passing such illegal legislation will be held accountable.

To All....DO let your elected know where you stand on the United Nations stepping on our Second Amendment and into our Constitution....Please do this by Fax so there is a paper trail. If you do this via e-mail, ask for a reply. Our elected need to understand what it is the American public wants.....the elected can’t know unless you, their constituents, tell them. Get off the dime folks and join the NRA, most American citizens and send a resounding message to the UN...HANDS OFF THE USA’s SECOND AMENDMENT!

When you see "U. N." substitute "Communist."

These failures can make up anything they like.

It will have no effect on 100 million gun owning, Constitution loving Americans.

We will keep what we have.

This is true there are not 67 votes in the Senate for this POS treaty and in addition its totally unconstitutional. No treaty can trump the Constitution.
