Lets wait for conformation before we get too excited.

A truck bomb filled with a few hundred gallons of pool chlorine or even a few pallets of oven cleaner could trigger a false positive and get the entire world stirred up.

A local supply house and a halfway smart idiot could change the course of the war in an instant and eventually someone will do it, perhaps they just did.

That kind of thing runs in the Assad family.

Thanks ConservativeMan55.

It would not surprise me, either. However, it would also not surprise me to find that these reports are lies designed to elicit international sympathy and perhaps, intervention. We cannot know. If we saw scenes like Halabja, in Iraq, when Saddam used chem weapons and there were otherwise non-bullet-ridden corpses lying about in positions of collapse, then I would believe it.

My answer is simple, perhaps luddite: I don’t think there is any way we can be involved in the Mideast in any sort of clean fashion. There simply is no clean end of this turd. Another great reason to fully develop our domestic energy sources.

Oliver North says he doubts it’s a chemical attack. Even if it was, the rebels would be just as likely to use them against civilians as Assad. And Hannity is in rare form tonight. Tonight he’s calling for war against Syria, Egypt, N. Korea, Russia, and China,,,all at the same time. Pretty courageous for someone who never found the time to serve in the military.

Visiting Lebanon for a wedding, the news here interviewed Syrian Christians, and they talked about how the freedom fighters killed a pregnant woman and then took a knife to her baby still inside her, they then proceeded to take the cross from her neck and shove it in her mouth. There is Definately a more evil side. As a christian from origins in the Middle East I see things in a perspective to allow Christianity to flourish in the region and that is best with the elimination of Sunni Muslims from this planet. I would take a secular minority dictator who I have political problems with over an Islamic extremist nation spreading their terrorist agenda in the region, an agenda which includes subjugating the regions Christians until they leave. I’m tired from talking about Iran, when the bigger threat is Sunni Islam, we should be engineering a war between the Arabs and Iran and when one side has the upper hand we should aid the other etc..

We kinda did that in the 80’s with Iraq and Iran - problem is - we still are not Islamic...and who ever takes control will turn on us...much like killing a mongoose to aid the cobra...when it’s over the cobra will strike at us - it’s the nature of evil to promote violence...Sunni and Shia are both dangerous...While everyone was paying attention to Al Qaeda in Iraq - no one understood what Mahdi Militia was doing in the Central and Southern parts of Iraq...which is why I wrote the book I did...Islam is embedded into their culture - until that is crushed and replaced - there will never be a true peace...Islam is the counter to Christ!
