I've read through Rand Paul's statement in it's entirety multiple times.

He intends to "Normalize" (Grant Amnesty for those too stupid to realize the word games he is playing, based on the Congress "Certifying the border is secure".

THis is a complete and utter sellout of the rule of law and of the conservative base.

With this action, he joins the list of Immigration Traitors that include John McCain, Lindsey Graham, John Boehnor, etc.
