The savages have destroyed “downtown.” You can’t go downtown any more. It’s overrun with feral savages. For a while, the mall was the place to go. Then the savages found it was warmer in the mall and they was mo people they could steal better from. Now you can’t go in the mall no mo.

I have seen a couple of videos from this “Metro Mall” in Atlanta. I am surprised that any business can be conducted in such an environment.
And I find it disconcerting that the clientele contains a significant percentage of “people” that seem little evolved over what one would find roaming in jungles. In fact, I suspect jungle animals would actually be somewhat more pragmatic in their approach to social scenarios, innately sensing that they do not have “free” healthcare upon which to rely when confrontation results in injury.
Given the preponderance of uncivilized behavior concentrated in urban areas, the likelihood that I will allow a Federal enabler of such behavior to disarm me is exactly nil.
And yes, the security guard does have a firearm. He used the taser first, then went to a firearm. I could not tell what type, but clearly there was a magazine visible.
Personal bugaboo: You cannot “shoot volts”, as voltage only represents the difference between two different things, like a full swimming pool and an empty one. If you want to siphon water from the full pool to the empty one, the flow of water between the two is in amperes, “amps”.
