Among the most corrupt politicians who ever lived, if Dodd is not number one, he is very close to it. He belongs in prison with his butt buddy Barney Frank as a cell mate.
A small consolation, there'll never be a dam in Connecticut named after him. Can you imagine a "Dodd Dam"?
