LOL My uncle was a shift captain on the campus police force in the 60’s - 80’s. He did see some unusual stuff. Most of it was very tame compared to now. My late B.I.L. was class of 1970 I think in The School of Engineering. I made it through the VOC/Tech school down on Liberty Street twice. As close as I got to going to UT was visits to the Audiology Clinic at the staduim.
Really the last time the university ran half way right was when Andy Holt was still there. The rest of it's been political including Lamar Alexander's very short tenure as president there. Right now everything is PC. They're fixing to knock down the main road into the campus from a four lane to a two lane in the name of going GREEN.
