I was reading somewhere (and people can correct me if I’m wrong) that although roe v wade made abortion legal, it also left it open to possible future legislation as the court said that science had not yet determined at what point a fetus became “human.” With the advancements in science since the 70s, I don’t know how anyone argue that life doesn’t begin at conception ( I actually I don’t understand how anyone could argue that in 70s either). You don’t even have to make this a religious argument... Pro-lifers are the ones with SCIENCE (the exact thing the left is always harping on about) on their side.
Shouldn’t abortion be a state’s choice? IMO it is and the SC should say so.
