I saw a thread on the ban against heartbeat abortions, but this one defines life at conception, the Personhood Bill. 'Looks like this is going to the Supreme Court after the governor signs it. (I think he will). 'Could be monumental.

I think abortion will eventually be outlawed on the grounds that you can't own another human being. This is step one...and it comes down to chromosones.

Kinda makes the story of Solomon relevant. It's called Wisdom!!

Do you think that our soon to be entirely corrupt and sub intelligent sub-preening court will actually allow this?

I was reading somewhere (and people can correct me if I’m wrong) that although roe v wade made abortion legal, it also left it open to possible future legislation as the court said that science had not yet determined at what point a fetus became “human.” With the advancements in science since the 70s, I don’t know how anyone argue that life doesn’t begin at conception ( I actually I don’t understand how anyone could argue that in 70s either). You don’t even have to make this a religious argument... Pro-lifers are the ones with SCIENCE (the exact thing the left is always harping on about) on their side.

Shouldn’t abortion be a state’s choice? IMO it is and the SC should say so.
