That we have a “death row” shows the absurdity of our justice system.
Excuse me, this woman murdered 3 people, elderly people.

She is sentenced to be executed for one, what where the other two murders and what were her sentences in them?

She is guilty...the color of her skin has NOTHING to do with her guilt...
No doubt if a white drugged out crack ho who murdered her elderly neighbor, she would already be worm food...
It would be sweet if the appeals court simply cited this precedent, substituting the name Kimberly Lagayle McCarthy for Jose Manuel Miguel Xaviar Gonzales, and modifying other personally identifiable characteristics.

re: the other two murders
A jury convicted her of capital murder. She was indicted but not tried for the 1988 murders of Jettie Lucas and Maggie Harding, both 85-year-old friends of McCarthy’s mother. Lucas was beaten with a hammer and stabbed to death in her kitchen.

The sentence was carried out on June 26, 2013, which (like today) was a Wednesday. Hers was the 500th execution to be carried by lethal injection in the state of Texas.
