The lawyer for a suspect in the shooting death of a Georgia baby who was killed in his stroller says his client is "absolutely" not guilty.
"My client is absolutely, 1,000 percent not guilty," public defender Kevin Gough, who represents 17-year-old De'Marquise Elkins, told The Associated Press. He made the comments Monday, while preparing for Elkins' first court appearance on a murder charge. It was scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday.

At Monday morning's hearing, the 14-year-old came into the courtroom shackled and wearing a baggy orange jumpsuit, The Florida Times-Union reported.
He glanced at the few members of the media allowed into the courtroom for the initial appearance as he shuffled to a lectern facing Glynn County Magistrate Tim Barton.
The magistrate told the boy he can't set a bond since only Superior Court judges can do so in murder cases.

Please! That picture makes me violently ill. The child is just a bit younger than my two year old and had the joy of a loving mother and family to look forward to. I can not imagine the horror. If ever a POS should die, this is it. No place in hell is great enough.
As to weapon, I think you are also correct in that it will never be found, but there should be plenty of gun shot residue all over the victims, the stroller, and the shooter (and possibly even on the 14 y/o) so as to tie them together.
Win case or loose case, justice will be.

If these two are not taken out of Georgia for trial they will walk..
But hydrogen sulfide (H2S) would eventually do the job too .. only without imparting to the animal that well-deserved skin bubbling effect.
It is possible that within the shooter's circle of influence killing "cracker babies" is viewed as a badge of honor.
As we have come to learn in the past 5 years, there is a lot of hatred out there toward whitey...and Obama and Holder, because of their positions in society, seem to give it significantly more legitimacy.
I was driving through my neighborhood and a little 5 yr old made a gun out of his fingers and pointed it at me.
Ever since that no good piece of trash Obama took office the blacks are getting wilder than usual..They know they can do anything they want and get away with it..I just wonder how long it will be before whites go after these savages like this one..I also wonder how tough they would be if a gun were pointed in their face..I noticed they went after a woman and a baby, that shows me what pathetic cowards they are..
