As Ann Coulter once said, Neville Chamberlain didn’t have himself to hold up as an example.
He is far stupider than N. Chamberlain , He is right there in the midst of his enemies camp and yet he cannot see their methods and plans despite those same plans being implemented time after time... Neville had just endured an unbelievably bloody world war and had somewhat believable assurances , it was inconceivable in the late 1930’s that anyone would want a second world war and a military buildup could be explained as defensive posturing to avert war.
