Many of these same Senators are also supporting separate legislation to foist a massive tax increase on the American people.

Rove’s credibility as a prognosticator took a major hit in the last election. This administration has never been "The Divine One" per se. "The Divine One" is well governed and controlled by those that surround him. As long as he has his teleprompter he can mouth their instructions.

Rove could very well be right. Obama's never been in charge in dealing with Congress.

But if he's right, we won't know or be able or willing to say or admit for years.

And if he's right, it may not even be for the right reason.
