Obama had the highest percent of the vote by a dem candidate since LBJ yet he still lost TX (both times) by roughly 15 points.

No way TX turns blue for a longggg time.

Give enough lazy people enough freebies, and over time, EVERYTHING will be blue.

Sadly, we're well on on way there already. And, once something is given, it's damn near impossible to take back.

This entire country is going to turn blue, the tyrant overlords have no effective opposition whatsoever.

It can be forestalled for awhile by voter ID requirements, but, yes.. ultimately most of the entire country will turn blue. In 20 years or so, historians will regard Hillary Clinton as what passes for "centrist."

An alinsky tactic is to make something sound inevitable to strike fear into the heart of your opponent. Actually commies employ this tactic the most when they feel weakest.

Well I’ve been hearing the “inevitable” a lot lately. I think this means the dems may be nearing the ropes...

Never underestimate the power of the free lunch and the kleptomaniac vote.

It couldn’t possibly be the huge number of hispanics in TX,

Here in CA we’ve seen a massive influx of hispanics. That’s when CA turned blue. Don’t forget we elected Reagan here in CA. It’ll never happen again with the tide of legal and illegal Mexicans.

CA is the least of TX;s problems. Your problem is Mexico.

Keep the faith, bubba. Plenty of good folks are also moving here from the states that helped establish Texas in the first place. Political science is NOT a predictive science. Anything can happen, from minute to minute, that could change the entire dynamic.

Without a bloody battle the communists will destroy America. Time for real Americans to wake up and realize the communists Democrats must be put out of business.

Personally this woman is an idiot. However, as far as Texas turning Democrat there is no doubt about it. The term Democrat today serves as a convenient word referring to the members of the Third World. The members of the Third World are presently in the process of conquering America. We are almost gone. The Third World only has to start consolidating their hold.

The Michigan Secretary of state came out in support of electoral distribution by district the other day. I’d say its pretty likely to happen because delegates at the state convention voted something like 1700 to 300 in favor.

It would basically negate fraud in Detroit and Flint.

Things go in cycles. Back in the early 70’s kids rebelled against their conservative teachers and parentd. Now, many are rebelling against their PC & liberal teachers and parents.

No way TX turns blue for a longggg time.

People overlook that reality, they also don't realize that conservatism in Texas is active, passionate, confident and committed to winning battles, and is based on religion, it has a depth and strength, conservatives in Texas know who they are and like it.
