‘Sadist’ guilty of threatening bodily harm after school found 17-year-old with handwritten plot to rape and kill
School officials found a Toronto-area teenager with a handwritten manifesto detailing a plan to abduct, torture, rape and kill a girl in the school’s “sound-proof music room.” The disturbing discovery came after a schoolmate was threatened with outrageous sexual violence in an online chat.
Quick intervention by a teacher and a call to police may have averted tragedy; a judge has declared the young man, who was 17 at the time, “a sadist” and found him guilty of threatening bodily harm.
The man, who cannot be identified by court order, had previously been expelled from a school and had just enrolled at a new school when he took an interest in his victim. He said he had raped someone before but charges were dropped and he had spent months in a psychiatric facility.
The case is an example of how intervention should work, youth advocates say.
From the victim confiding to a teacher, a vice-principal calling police, investigators laying charges and a judge hearing the case just three months passed. The threats took place in December, and he was found guilty last week.

judge is correct, this kid is evil.

To play devil’s advocate here, it does not appear this kid did anything except put words on paper. No evidence is presented in the article that he ever committed an actual violent act against anyone.
It says that HE says he raped someone, but that could very well be bragging by a weird kid rather than fact.
I have no problem with locking this kid up for threatening bodily harm. That is and should be a crime.
But criminalizing words on paper (or bits on discs) is a slippery slope. You don’t have to search long on the web to find stuff that is probably worse than this kid’s fantasies.
In fact, you can run across it by accident, as I have.
BTW, de Sade, who wrote stuff more appalling than anything this idiot is likely to have come up with, is considered a great hero by the Left.
They’ve even made movies with him as the hero.
Many people worship Trudeau, and when I tell them he was the worst PM we ever had, I get angry looks. I tell them he was straight up commie pinko.
Don’t forget he was a youth Nazi sympathizer in WW2. He just swapped one leftist totalitarian ideology for another.
