Of course he is one of the (Bros) who else would try to get away with something like this. They kicked him out of office Thursday/ Probably on his way to apply for unemployment.
What I find most interesting here is that when only lightly enforced gun laws already on the book are more heavily enforced it's Democrat politicians like Brooks, or Democrat activists like Gifford's husband, who get busted!!!
This means the Democrat attack on AR15's spray painted black really is an attempt to divert our attention from the very real problem they, professional Democrats have with their own misuse of firearms!!!
If you're going to try to outrun the cops in the desert, you need to be driving something in which you are able to make a right or left off the pavement and keep going.

Well actually it is further down in the posted article, but indirectly, mentioning Brooks had a dispute with a "fellow Democrat" legislator. Surely, if the bad guy happened to be a Pubbie, they would have had it in the first sentence and this thing would have gone viral in the MSM.
I heard this story over ABC radio earlier this week. There Brooks' party affiliation was not mentioned, so I drew the same conclusion you did, Sacajaweau. I believe that the ABC Radio News story had him as an Arizona state legislator, not Nevada, and quoted Brooks' lawyer.

Radio reports yesterday said Brooks was throwing rocks at cars and possibly threw a gun out of his window.
The guy is a real nut case.
