Nearly 30 people were arrested downtown on Saturday night for disturbances that ranged from bumping into passersby on sidewalks to attacking passengers aboard a CTA train, authorities said, citing preliminary information.
Seventeen of the people in custody -- all but two younger than 18 -- were charged with misdemeanor reckless conduct, said Chicago Police Department News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro.

Good point. Anyone who has been stuck behind someone using a SNAP card to buy a grocery cart full of soda, chips and giant packs of ribs from the meat department knows they flash “Insufficient Funds” when the money’s gone.

If a real thinking person who actually desired to end this insanity in Filthydelphia/Chicago/LA etc, why wouldn’t they; ban all organizations that promote murder, and gangs that require the members to commit a felony as a requirement for admission?
