No. The states have way too many courts already.
They can deal with it the way the rest of us do.

I am asking a question, not making any argument. In my state, alimony and custody go to the wife, little or no exceptions by precedence and la.
My question remains whether gays or lesbians.
In my state and many others the formulas I cited determine custody and alimony and it wont matter what sex either parent is.
Hmm, I wonder if there is an antidote to the Alinsky method.
I’m sure there is but don’t know. Obviously the Repubs know even less than I do.
I think when the autopsy is done on the institution of marriage, it won’t be gays that gave it the blade, it’ll be women.
