They are relying on the “interstate commerce clause” as justification for universal background checks. Tell me this; how does one private citizen selling a gun to another private citizen within a state constitute “interstate commerce”?

Probably via Wickard v. Filburn.

Consider that in that video he says that registration would be illegal – so he was openly admitting to violating a previous law

Chuck you Schumer has flip flopped saying at one point that his bill won’t be a Gun Registry and then later on saying that he’s pushing “Universal Registration”.
