Prosecutor in Texas Quits Aryan Case
Newser ^ | 04/02/2013 | By John Johnson

Posted on 04/03/2013 8:26:35 AM PDT by Responsibility2nd

One of the theories floating around about the murder of a Texas district attorney and one of his prosecutors is that the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas is behind the killings as revenge for prosecution. If so, the group can consider its message received. A federal prosecutor has just resigned from a big racketeering case against the white supremacist group in Houston, reports the Houston Chronicle and Dallas Morning News. The US attorney dropped out over what both papers call "security concerns." Another attorney from the Justice Department is heading from DC to Texas as a replacement.

“He’s obviously made a decision based on something,” says one of the defense attorneys, who described himself as a good friend of the prosecutor who quit the case.

Seems to me that he shouldn’t have the option to quit because he’s afraid without losing his job. He’s obviously not up to it.

******

If they think sending someone from DC is going to scare these guys, they are wrong. It will probably make things worse.

This is what Holder’s Justice Department has become. Mexico all over again. They’ve lost all control of law and order.

I understand that. Is his replacement’s life less valuable? If he won’t do the job, we shouldn’t be paying him.

Racketeering (according to friends in the business ~ who have the convictions to prove it) is mostly white collar crime these days ~ so the cops they ran up against were usually not cops at all but government auditors of all kinds.

Odds are good the prosecution lawyer dealing with this case was NOT PREPARED to deal with crime where whacking was going on.

Now the targets will be up against a lawyer who has an entirely different attitude, and training, and they'll probably all end up dead or wish they were dead.

Can you imagine the thrill this is causing in various Supermax pods across the Fruited Plain?

Agreed. If they killed one, what's another to them?

I wondered how long it would take them to follow Pablo Escobar's Harvard business model.

It's going to get bad then they'll swarm them with cops who are PO'd and who take the fight to them. Putting them in jail is useless, put them in the ground then they take notice.

No, eventually Mexico or one of the other ‘unenlightened’ countries would ID who was responsible AND if they weren’t actually backing the assassinations would start in the prisons and ‘eliminate’ any future members of the group from carrying on the executions (of public officials).
If it continued, they would just start rounding up all known members of the ‘group’ and make sure they weren’t capable of carrying on the mission.

Of course, since we are enlightened, we will not only not allow the prosecutors to quit, we will probably give the ‘known’ members of the group some kind of protection so the masses don’t rally against them.

One can be sure that low intelligence, poor self control, corruption and incompetence now runs rife in our Justice Department.

Considering the fact they don't know for a fact the AB is behind the killings, sounds like it may be the Obama WH and DoJ hyping “White Racist” as the real threat to the country.

this is exactly right. i saw a cbs news report last nite, on the murders of the husband and wife, and they painted with a very broad brush, this story about the A.B. but THEY GAVE NOT ONE BIT OF EVIDENCE.....

sounds like a bait and switch to me.

Racketeering covers any ongoing criminal enterprise. While they mostly white collar crimes these days its broad based and used to got after any criminal enterprise.

They should send out Mary Jo White. A rootin’ tootin’ crime buster if ever there was one.

We never hear about MS-13 anymore. Guess they were scared off by the aryan brotherhood.

Look for a resurgence of the Dead Rabbits this Summer.
