That might be because they’re importing the Somalis over here, and the lefty “social justice” churches are some of the prime culprits in doing so. Guess where one of the main areas they’re importing them to is? Minnesota.
For the same reason judges let the gangbangers go. You don’t want to make VOTERS mad.
I’d like to know why the do-gooders and ‘we can reform them’ types don’t take a couple of the misunderstood darling home with them. Surely a healthy, loving family can make them all sweet and lovable.

This also happened a few years ago when some naive girl went to NO to help with social work there.
She went out alone one night and was found raped and murdered in the gutter the next day.
You did commit a crime against liberty. You suggested forcing folks to do the right thing, and suggesting that folks without kids also change their behavior in communal solidarity.
Do you really think that folks shut out of happy hour won't drink anyway?
