64°F, sunny and fairly warm today. I've been working since Monday with a crew getting the Family Farm Complex ready for 3 Open Houses and Final Auction, and it's been cold and windy, until today.

Still too dry to burn-off the debris pile; ***RED FLAG WARNINGS*** still posted for the region, despite the snow and rains we've had. It's very dry here.

Tulips, daffs, perennials popping thru the mulch; buds breaking on the cherries, robins/cardinals feeding on worms, geese headed north and beginning to stake-out ponds for nesting... the signs are here.

Supposed to be into the low-70s next week, and the winter wheat crop is gonna pop with growth. Farmers are everywhere spraying weeds, tilling and cultivating, and machine seeders are being loaded at the farm stores.
