—>>Suicide is the ultimate act of selfisheness, all about “me”.

I have to disagree. Not in all cases because humans are very different. Some struggle with depression and mental illness for years. They just cannot cope. My hubby and I use to help and volunteer to help run away young teens. It can be very complex at times. Nothing will reach some. I think it's a wrong decision to do but some people you cannot reach before it's too late. Though, some cases will choose this for attention making it spiral to a situation they cannot/will not control. I always wonder why they don't love themselves since we all are special temple of God though I realize we are all different. Sad way to end one's life by their own hand.

Suicide is tragic because it is the epitome of the in curvatus in se (curved in on oneself) which is the nature of all human sin. The depressed person is overwhelmed and sees his/herself as not the center of the universe, but the entire universe. There is nothing else, no One else...and ultimately little concern for the (literal) hell that will be unleashed for the family, friends, co-workers, etc who are left behind, let alone for the emergency responders who encounter the carnage.
