I agree with you.
What I was thinking about, regarding my comment, was the satellite pictures of North Korea, and the contrast between North and South, i.e. lack of visible lights.
The don’t need no stink’n satellite, hell they just carry the nukes across the border with a load of cocaine!
The dark landscape of No. Korea shows that their environmental movement against lightbulbs was very successful.
