According to the Wall Street Journal, U. S. Senator from Louisiana Mary Landrieu will vote to move forward gun control legislation now pending in the U. S. Senate.
Reid Sets Gun-Bill Vote for Thursday
Two conservative Democrats who are up for re-election in 2014 held back from immediately joining the GOP effort to stop the Senate from voting on the gun-control bill.
“This is an issue that we should debate,” said Sen. Mary Landrieu (D., La.). The Louisiana Democrat said she plans to wait until she sees the final language of any bipartisan deal on background checks before deciding whether she will support it.
Sen. Mark Pryor (D., Ark.) told reporters that he wanted to “see how this develops” before deciding whether to join the Republican filibuster. “I know that many senators are working to try to get to some sort of compromise,” he said.

Sick of her, sick of the Landrieus. She’s got nerve voting to ‘control guns’ when her brother, the Mayor of the Hole Called New Orleans, can’t control the thugs using the streets as a shooting gallery. When I see them ‘control’ guns by storming into the projects and known criminal neighborhoods, going door to door and checking the residences of felons for guns, then -and only then- will I say government is doing its job. Controlling CRIMINALS not inanimate objects. In the case of the Landrieus- who live with armed security-voting for denying the rights of law-abiding citizens while not have the GUTS to control the criminals just makes me wish they would meet a thug on a dark street.
Be sure and let all your gun owning Democrat friends know what their masters are doing to take their guns.

Probably the same as the West Virginians that elected Manchin as senator. In Manchin’s case, he was helped by a quarreling Republican party that couldn’t find its ass with both hands.
