This Toomey bill wont be disarming me in any way that I can see. Isnt it just expanding criminal background checks to gun shows? These are the same checks I have to go through now at a gun store. Is there some gun show I can go to now to bypass all checks?
The Morning Joe was falling all over himself praising Toomey, and the Dems on MSNBC completely forgot they were demanding a gun ban. They are talking like this is THEIR bill. Happy days!
Sen Tom Coburn announced he doesn't like the Tommey bill but he was one of the ones that days ago said he would vote for cloture (he would not filibuster a bill.) He called filibustering ‘stupid’ back then.

but, just the talking point highlights suggest that its a bait and switch, 'gotta pass it, THEN find out whats in it'...or the political possibility of bambam being out of ammo and this is nothing but a feelgood appearance of *doing something*...
either way, our 2A Rights are diminished in the eyes of the incrementalist progcomms...
