Behemoth in the book of Job sure sounds like a dinosaur to me - an animal God was questioning Job “where were you when I created...” - seems like Job would have to know what a behemoth is to be questioned about same.
Tirllions of years will not allow for life to rewrite it’s own DNA to cross any macro-evolution boundaries and mankind only gets maybe 100 or so years to figure out where we really stand...
