The NRA is filing a law suit in CO against the new law that allows using HIPAA records to deny someone their 2nd Amend. rights. Here is a page of just a few of the suits that the NRA-ILA is supporting right now.
I posted to you re: HIPAA on other thread just now. The change further destroys the finest health care system in the world by making a lie of confidentiality... so in lib minds is a double win.
