Yep. As I always say, "Anybody who depends on cops and courts and judges for justice is a fool." You let that crap run its course, but if it fails (often) then you have to make justice yourself. The abomination reported above is a perfect case in point.
Judges can make the craziest rulings and face no negative consequence for their abuse of power.
