No more laws period. They won’t enforce existing laws.

It's a baby step to confiscation.
Review the meanings of the word infringe.

Why not just make homicide illegal? A bunch of new laws should just about do it.

they must have been promised big campaign money from sorous and his ilk......must have been some big deals going down....
shameful....
hey..I'm not a gun nut and I couldn't tell a 45 from a 38 or a 22 rifle from any other rifle....
but I know what it means when a govt has all the control, all the weapons...

This will not stop a single mass murder, it ignores and erodes our 2A, and it’s being put forward in a rush by known liars looking for political gain.
“...SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED..” Are not only words with meaning, patriots have died protecting those words.

If it were as benign as Toomey and Manchin want us to believe, they wouldn’t have to defend it.

They are all a bunch of lying SOBs. I can still remember when they pushed the '68 GCA. "Oh, you will still be able to buy guns through mail. You just get this Federal Firearms License and everything will be the same. We just don't want criminals getting them. Any law abiding citizen will be able to get a FFL."
Fast forward to today and see what happened. It went from a license that anybody could get to a license only for dealers with a storefront, that meets local zoning laws etc etc.
No compromise. Not now, not ever. Repeal the NFA and GCA'68 and we'll talk.

Why don't they publish the contents of the bill, instead of telling us it won't hurt us? One more case of we have to pass it to find out what's in it. Look what happened the last they they pulled that.

There is no excuse for violating your oath, Senator McCain. And that’s exactly what you’ve done.
