I am sure this will turn out to be Islamic terrorism and nothing else.
Domestic terrorism is usually directed at government buildings/functions or corporate facilities. Domestic terrorism rarely targets innocent bystanders on camera as the domestic terrorist realizes that indiscriminate killing hurts their cause rather than helps it.
Multple cellular-triggered devices designed to kill indiscriminately in full view of running cameras is an Al’Qaeda calling card.
