In a freedom to move country like ours, it is very foolish and downright wasteful & stupid to monitor every potential terrorist.
The only way to stop cowardly terrorism is to punish the country where the terrorists received training, funding, sanctuary etc. By punish I do not mean ordinary folks, but the rulers who give support to terrorists.
Everything else is a giant waste of money, will not stop terrorism, and people will be forced to remove their shoes at the airports including grandmothers and children, creating a giant cadre of unionized tax payer funded employees.
This bears repeating.
I’m having a hard time seeing “ordinary folks” anymore. Are they the one’s who cheer in the streets, pass out candy, loot and string bodies on bridges, rape reporters, practice sharia, and on and on?
I see victory as full and unconditional surrender...no nation building or post relief. It may sound harsh, but I’ve listened to the surviving WWII vets in my family and take their words and experiences to heart, mind, and soul.
of course the college cabal will howl because they get full fare from these students....how else can they keep their industry growing?
