Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) said that he will support the Assault Weapon Ban against what he calls conspiracy theorists, black helicopters and false flags:

“I’ll vote for the ban because saving the lives of police officers, young and old, and innocent civilians, young and old, is more important than preventing imagined tyranny,”

Is militarizing our police and buying their allegiance with shiny deadly new armored “toys” and bribing them with federal dollars.

Is putting in DHS equipment in our State department of motor vehicle licensing offices to funnel biometric IDs to the DHS.

Obviously, the idiot has no idea what the 2nd Amendment says or does. And this man is the head of the Senate . . . incredible! . . . This right was described by Sir William Blackstone as an auxiliary right, supporting the natural rights of self-defense, resistance to oppression, and the civic duty to act in concert in defense of the state.

If deliberate confiscation of guns from the innocent citizenry is not oppression, then what is?

Notwithstanding the fact that the Second Amendment can only be repealed by an amendment to the Constitution, I have a question for Reid and the rest of the gun grabbers: Where is the data that support your assertion that innocent lives would be saved by not allowing innocent people to protect themselves?
