And people wonder why nothing much gets accomplished these days in Congress or the Senate.

He said a minority of senators decided "it wasn't worth it" to protect the nation's children. Another lie.
If it had been a minority, the bill would have passed.

He’ll stamp his widdle foot and be vewy angwy!
The GOP needs to play the Dem meme game. The meme for this one (and the rest) is ‘Obama lacks leadership skills. He wants wants wants but he has no idea how to convince others.’

We need about a two year break from "lawmaking" and emphasis on "law repealing".

The Senate actually made the decision to abandon the notion of protecting children when they walked away from pursuing Administration gun-running in Fast and Furious. If they won’t act on the Administration illegally selling guns to known criminals and foreign agents why should they act to create new laws to restrict the law-abiding citizen...

Those CT parents that were stupid (or malicious) enough to be used as props by The Kenyan Pirate should realize many of the people opposing them so much do so out of love of their own children.
Dupes of Satan.

Must be nice to work in an office building protected by armed guards.
Must be nice to have a personal detail armed with weapons the masses are forbidden to have.
Must be nice to travel with an armed entourage everywhere you go.
Hypocrite.
If he cared about the kids, he wouldn’t be trying to spy upon and disarm law-abiding citizens, but rather seeking to provide them with armed security like he and the other branches of gummint enjoy.

Mexican children don’t count, and from Obama’s treatment of Chicago vs. Newtown apparently black children don’t either.

Darn those pesky ‘bitter clingers’. Oh well, King Putt still has his weekly Golf game to fall back on in this, his time of defeat.

You missed the point hussein. The Senate decided that protecting kids’ freedoms from the likes of you is very much worth it.

I skimmed through the text of 0's remarks in the WSJ. Good gravy, I detest that man. He's like a 12 year old boy making up stuff as he goes along - he said 90% of Americans favor background checks but 90% of Republicans voted against them while 90% of Democrats voted for them.
I guess to Obama, 90% of Republicans don't count as people.

Barry’s temper tantrum is likely to hurt him more than he knows.
Key demonRATS already seem to be abandoning 0bamao-care as a looming debacle.
After all, he doesn’t need to be re-elected, but they do.

As I've often said, he simply does not have the temperment required of a POTUS. Presidents don't throw hissy fits like spoiled children when they don't get their way.
Just a damn shame that far too many sheeple don't see it. For all his faults, I can't imagine Romney acting anything like that.
