On CNN the lady reporter asked the guy on the scene if there was an FBI presence, and he said no. But moments before, a guy with an FBI shirt passed directly behind the reporter!

While John Batchelor was still on the air, I heard his correspondent say something like "it looks like the white one."

I am hearing on Broadcastify now that "the second suspect is NOT in custody."

Btw, did anyone else hear on Fox that some agency of our government was making a request of Pakistan, in connection with the marathon bombing?

FBI on scene.... agents don’t investigate or lend assistance in general robberies or carjackings, so likely some suspicions that these two could be the Marathon Day terrorist bombers.

I saw the video earlier. Guns were drawn by officers and the dude in that image remained in that position. Reporters do not know for sure if he is related to the activities. A reporter on the scene said that he (the reporter) didn't see that person with any weapons.
