Police source: 2 Russian nationals pulled over in Niagara Falls; 4 suspicious backpacks in the car, robot & bomb techs on scene.
FBI is aware of the situation in Niagara Falls, they (sic) joint terrorism task force is working with NYSP.

Well, at least the MSM now has an angle to report the story. The terrorists were “Russians,” just like Yul Brynner and Milla Jovovich. For most folks, saying "be on the lookout for Chechens" will result in a collective "huh?" Call them "Russians" and people see the Russian-looking names and actually do something.
Not that I disagree that the media is trying to downplay the Muslim angle as fast as possible.

That was my thought. If the car had Mass plates, they probably drove right by me (Syracuse), you (Buffalo) and headed for the border crossing at Niagara Falls. It used to be easy getting into Canada at the falls, I’m guessing not so much now.

Source says activity in #NiagaraFalls is routine traffic stop. vehicle has Mass. plates. Extensive search out of caution. Nothing found yet
Also, residents near incident area, Elmwood and 19th Ave., told to stay indoors until the incident is resolved.
