Listening to the police scanner from Boston PD, it sounds like they have a possible 2nd suspect on the ground with a bomb robot checking him out. Apparently he has a vest on with a possible weapon, and has a trigger in his hand.

Solution: Blow em in place. I'd prefer to take 'em alive, extract all of the intel you can about them, then reattach the bomb vest and let it rip.
In this case, I'll make an exception -- just blow the feet/legs off and let them bleed to death.

Is pretty amazing.
This is something it looks like someone in Boston actually setup, but there are numerous “scanner” sites out there.
There are even apps on Android/iPhone which let you do the same thing with great ease.
