Boston Bomber Could Have Been Deported After 2009 Conviction
Judicial Watch ^ | 4/19/19

One of the Chechen terrorists who carried out the Boston Marathon bombings could have been deported years ago after a criminal conviction and the other was granted American citizenship on the 11th anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old killed in a wild shootout with police, was a legal U.S. resident who nevertheless could have been removed from the country after a 2009 domestic violence conviction, according to a Judicial Watch source. That means the Obama administration missed an opportunity to deport Tsarnaev but evidently didn’t feel he represented a big enough threat.

Adding insult to injury, the other bomber, little brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, was rewarded with American Citizenship on September 11, 2012 in Boston, according to JW’s source. The 19-year-old, who is still on the run, was granted asylum in Arlington Virginia on September 27, 2002, JW’s source reveals.

Years before these Chechen terrorists carried out the Boston Marathon bombings Judicial Watch uncovered critical intelligence documents detailing al Qaeda’s activities in Chechnya, including the creation of a 1995 camp—ordered by Osama bin Laden—to train “international terrorists” to carry out plots against Americans and westerners.

Oh, we couldn't do that. Why, America needs high-quality immigrants like Tamerlan Tsarnaev to keep our economy moving forward, and to vote a straight Democrat ticket in as many districts as they can drive to!

Yes we need to let more people in and trust this group in the Whitehouse to make sure they follow the rules. How dumb is the gang of four on our side.

Judicial Watch needs to track down the Obama Executive Order that prohibited this terrorist from being deported and granting them asylum.

Our President doesn’t enforce immigration laws - they specifically tell us they won’t, as in Arizona.

This means the U.S. Gov’t is to blame for this for flagrant lack of enforcement of laws.

Well, Barack Obama, George Bush, John McCain, Ted Kennedy, Lindsey Graham, Chuck Schumer and Janet Incompetano would not have liked this fine young man to be deported.

weird how no one is reporting on a Saudi guy who was visited in hospital by wide load Obama and how he got to fly out to Saudi.
Also those ever tolerant, diverse never racial profile MA folk tackled this Saudi guy to the ground because in their comments he was injured and tried to run away.

Nah no racial profiling there. ARF.

I’d like to know who this Saudi guy was, was he a member of the royal family, is that why wife load went to visit him and who told her to do that and why did she feel to see him?
Why was he released and why was border never been safer Janet refuse to answer about this Saudi guy?

they don’t want to deport anybody. they want more people from as many hostile countries as possible. these hostile immigrants will vote accordingly to dismantle america. they also want america to become a war zone.

Wonder what is going on in the white house as it’s closed due to the royal family who seem to think it’s their house.

This family is so so so corrupt and they get away with it and even the dumb elitist establishment state how good his speech was, WHAT SPEECH, he never wrote it someone else did
