Another America-hating foreign Muslim demanding political asylum, and then getting arrested by the FBI for consorting with other Muslim terrorist political refugees who commit multiple murders in the name of jihad. Stop me if youve heard this one before. Where can Americans get some asylum from these lawless savages swarming into a country they despise and want to destroy? How much more diversity do we have to celebrate before we start sending these terrorists and their pals back to the Third World hellholes they came from? Sure, hes innocent until proven guilty, but the facts are this: Khairullozhon Matanov took...

Federal prosecutors will seek the death penalty against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, accused of orchestrating last years Boston Marathon bombing along with his brother Tamerlan, the Justice Department announced Thursday. After consideration of the relevant facts, the applicable regulations and the submissions made by the defendants counsel, I have determined that the United States will seek the death penalty in this matter, Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. said in a statement. The nature of the conduct at issue and the resultant harm compel this decision. Authorities say the Tsarnaev brothers plotted the backpack bomb attack that killed three people and injured...

But they already seemed like "losers," as their successful Americanized uncle told reporters after the attack. They were out of place in the U.S., and my relationship with them developed because they needed so much basic advice about how to get by. I didn't sense impending danger in their household, but looking back, I can see now that I glimpsed a new type of threat to the U.S., one that we have only recently begun to confront.

Three college friends of accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev were due in court on Friday to answer charges that they helped cover his tracks when the FBI was trying to find the people responsible for the April 15 attack. The men, two exchange students from Kazakhstan and one from the Boston area, are charged with removing a laptop and a backpack containing empty fireworks shells from Tsarnaev's room three days after receiving a text message from him telling them to "go to my room and take what's there," according to court papers. Court records with the Bergen County Prosecutors Office reveal that a civil forfeiture case was filed in March against Bella Tsarnaeva and her boyfriend, Ahmad Khalil. According to the filing, Fairview police went to the residence on Dec. 11 to follow up on a domestic violence report claiming Bella had scratched Khalil. NJ reports that while inside the apartment, police said they smelled marijuana, and found drug paraphernalia and $537 in cash in a clear plastic bag. Ailina Tsarnaeva reportedly admitted to slapping Khalil, and was, according to court records, subsequently arrested for domestic violence and simple assault. Khalil, meanwhile...

Family members of dead bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev have described Misha as the guiding influence in the elder bomber developing radicalized views. Speculation as to who Misha is has varied wildly in the past week, with some suggesting he is the mastermind behind the marathon bombings while others believe he could be a Russian spy - sent to identify and keep tabs on young men like Tamerlan who are at risk of turning to militant Islam. Mind you, that 58-41 for the district is a tad less than Massachusetts overall, which went 61-38 for Obama. Why? Probably because of Euro-ethnic Reagan Democrats.
