Btw, I tend to shy away from graphic photos, and I can't even stand to read text descriptions of what Dr. Gosnell did to babies.
But this photo is not *too* graphic; in fact I was pleased to see it. Nobody deserved death more than this murderer.

I would like for them to take the 19 year old alive. Convict him and then put him in a cell for the rest of his life with the corpse of his dead brother. I was going to say that they should wallpaper his cell with these pictures but the actual in person body as his cell mate would be better.

Two things. The middle picture of the 3 is flipped over, not one of the other side. Second point, why would the doctors cut across the rib cage. I should think they would cut along the line of the ribs to gain access to the interior of the chest. I stick with my shrapnel guess. Any medics/doctors/combat veterans out there with opinions?
Far better he gets killed in the apprehension.
