Daily Kos Week In Review: The Tsarnaev Brothers, Honorary Conservatives
NewsBusters ^

Posted on 04/19/2013 10:43:01 PM PDT by chessplayer

The Boston Marathon bombing wasn't carried out by Tea Party Republicans or anyone else remotely associated with conservatism, yet one Kossack declared on Wednesday that conservatives, violence-prone "conspiracy driven racist[s]" that they are, thought the bombers just might be righties.

As usual, each headline is preceded by the blogger's name or pseudonym.

LaFeminista: Marathon bombing the latest right-wing 'atrocity'?

...The right wing is now praying that one of their own is not responsible once again for an act of terror because they know that they are more than capable of such an atrocity. Hoping to dodge the bullet, rather than be part of the solution in their conspiracy driven racist nightmare...

Hunter: Righties may exploit Boston for political gain

...This isn't another 9/11. It shouldn't be, either. After 9/11 there were many politicians who seemed to make it their mission to make America feel more terrified. Everything became a threat. Iraq was a threat. Patriotism was defined by how publicly afraid you were, and how willing you were to do unspecified or specified somethings about that, and that is why we got things like the Patriot Act, and why it was called the Patriot Act—shredding certain inconvenient bits of constitutional law was the patriotic thing to do, and only someone siding with the enemy (the enemy being terrorism in all its forms, not just one nation or one group) would possibly object...

Seems to me that some of the most hate-filled people in the world are Kos-ites.

Wow. This is the face of insanity, where absolutely everything in the world is viewed through the filter of a delusion. At some point the hatred took over and what we have here isn’t even rational human beings anymore. Mind-boggling.

What do they mean, “again”? There hasn’t yet been a case of true Christian conservative committing one of these terrorist acts. We didn’t have to pray that it wouldn’t be one of “ours”, because the likelihood was already nil. That doesn’t mean Hissein won’t plan a false flag act purporting to be committed by Christian conservatives just so they can finally have their boogeyman.

Gee, where was all of this level-headed, let's-not-overreact thinking after the Newtown shootings?

I guess I need to add hypocrisy to my tagline equation.

Leftwing libs are the easy targets for jihadist types. They don’t see it coming, can’t believe its happening and have no clue what went wrong. And they don’t fight back: they want to understand and relate aka sympathize with their executioners. The left is the low hanging fruit for American Jihadies.

As someone considering using that screen shot on my fb page, I wanted to make sure it was completely accurate first. But I am having trouble confirming the party affiliation of Wade Michael Page, and have not tried to confirm the others yet.

Has somebody here confirmed all of these?

Most can’t be. Cho was a foreign student, wouldn’t be registered. Some of the others are in states with open primaries, so you don’t register a party when registering to vote.

Not sure about confirmation, but on several threads where this has appeared, there have been some notable *additions*.

Perhaps a FReeper with skillz can provide a new, and improved version. (don’t have those skillz, or I would!)
Cheers!

cannot confirm, but it has been repeated several times on the internet, so just like rumors of the left, it must be true.

LOL! Arguing with their socks! LOL!

I would like to add to the FR knowledge-base if I may, because sometimes, it’s not enough to describe liberalism as *just* a mental disorder or a collection of demented psychos. (among us - fine, we get it), but that comment can be brushed off too easily as simple name-calling, and it’s decidedly *not that*.

(written with little barry in mind - but applies to all true believers, really)

This is exactly WHICH MENTAL DISORDER IT IS:

Not to pathologize everything, but everything I read, hear, or see tells me this horrible pimple of a man (0) is not *just* a narcissist. He is a full-on NPD. NPD’s are true monsters. Sociopaths.

His background of abandonment (by father) plus raised by a trans-sexual nanny created the perfect toxic stew that is NPD.

NPD’s hate themselves (contrary to what most people think on the surface). They identify with the abandonment & abuse, thinking ‘they deserved it’. That is false self image #1. In order to avoid that image - and it MUST be avoided at all costs! - they construct false self-image #2: the skittle-pooping unicorn. BOTH images are false. That means, with him - there’s no THERE there.

He (they) possesses all these traits: (DSM criteria. 7/9 gets you the NPD diagnosis)

- Reacting to criticism with anger, shame, or humiliation
- Taking advantage of others to reach own goals
- Exaggerating own importance, achievements, and talents
- Imagining unrealistic fantasies of success, beauty, power, intelligence, or romance
- Requiring constant attention and positive reinforcement from others
- Becoming jealous easily
- LACKING EMPATHY and disregarding the feelings of others (that is the big one - the “tell”)
- Being obsessed with self
- Pursuing mainly selfish goals
- Trouble keeping healthy relationships
- Becoming easily hurt and rejected
- Setting goals that are unrealistic
- Wanting “the best” of everything
- Appearing unemotional

NPD also frequently appears with CO-MORBIDITIES... In his case, it is homosexuality & drugs (self-medicating).

NPD’s ARE charming btw, until you see the mask come off. That’s why so many are in thrall - they don’t see it.

America is in the grip of a sociopath and his like-minded, selfish sycophants. There is no mistake about this.

Two more things:

1. NPD’s FEAR the most - ABANDONMENT (echoes early trauma) & UNMASKING.

2. NPD’s HATE the most - RIDICULE

He, along with every leftist SHOULD BE abandoned, IGNORED, and ridiculed.

To add;
It is also clear that liberals are not *just* bat shiite crazy sock-whisperers (h/t Salamander).
The whole progressive movement, since its beginnings (I would argue that Satan is the “original narcissist”, but that would make this already overlong post groan even louder) is purposefully malicious.

The left’s, the Narcissist’s corrosive policies have done nothing but sow hate, despair, mass murder, and every form of human degradation...
all the while cloaking themselves in care, concern, magnanimousness. (I made that word up spellcheck, shut up)

It is easy to see why.

They must project their self-hate. They MUST. They are driven to it. It is an uncontrollable impulse, hard-wired.
Just as they must conceal their hate behind their sanctimonious clokes (KJV spelling there).

It sucks to be their victims
just a little less
than it sucks to be them.

Agreed. I was a college student in 1963 when President Kennedy was assassinated. The immediate explanation was that a right-wing fanatic (Dallas, with a ready supply of them of course) must have done it. We know that it was a commie. You are right, the lefties always “project.” They must demonize their opposition. Then no argument is necessary. They’ve lost the argument so they will resort to name calling and ad hominem attacks.

You said....
“They must demonize their opposition. Then no argument is necessary”

You 100% nailed it.

No acts of terror or murder have been committed by TParty folks in the last several years. But, in order to be too smart by half, the left and their allies in the press throw out that possibility after each event. The idea is to make those that oppose their agenda appear as extreme radicals as then dissuade anyone else. “I will support the left because I don't want to be one of those right wing terrorists Tpary people” is what they hope the reaction will be.

However, the problem they have is they've cried wolf so many times that if such a murder or a terrorist act is in the unlikely event caused by a Tparty backer, whose gonna buy it
