I just got a low point in my stomach after hearing this on the radio news. He could have been questioned by the counter terrorism intelligence and then handed back for processing through the courts. These evil men actually renounced all ties to the USA, whether legal immigrants or citizens. They renounced by theior activitioy to attack inocent men, women and children with weapons of mass destruction. They are not entitled to due process. They deserve to be classified as enemy combatants.
What Obama has done by this decision, is to inform America that the wanton slaughter of innocent Americans is not an act of war sufficient to renounce citizenship rights, when during WWII, citizens were treated as enemy combatants AND HANGED for merely working for the Nazis, let alone blowing up Americans.
