The trouble is that since Algore arrived from the kingdom of Frigia on his home world of the ice planet Hoth, he has become the new Jack Frost of Earth, bringing cold temperatures and blizzards wherever he goes.
All he demands is that we meet him halfway, by lowering the temperature of planet Earth to an average -20F, and recognize him as the ruling prince of the planet.
