The trial is underway for a former Democratic official and a Board of Elections worker who are accused of being part of a plot that has raised questions over whether President Obama's campaign -- when he was a candidate in 2008 -- submitted enough legitimate signatures to have legally qualified for the presidential primary ballot.
The two face charges of orchestrating an illegal scheme to fake the petitions that enabled then-candidates Obama, and Hillary Clinton, to qualify for the race in Indiana.
Former longtime St. Joseph County Democratic Party Chairman Butch Morgan Jr. faces multiple felony conspiracy counts to commit petition fraud, and former county Board of Elections worker Dustin Blythe is charged with nine felony forgery counts and one felony count of falsely making a petition of nomination. The proceedings began Monday in South Bend.

So much of this goes nowhere, but .. just in case this one DOES show fraud ... could/would this disqualify all of Indiana’s votes ?
Could it raise the level of interest in who the hell Obama really is???
I doubt it. But some will be convicted of Eleciton Fraud and hopefully punished. It might set an example to reduce this in the future.

Importantly this shows county political bosses and county board of elections workers interact and conspire to defraud.
Previously I have seen only individuals or unofficial community organizers get arraigned. So this is a new and positive development to me as I will never forget the King County Director of Elections Dean Logan and his order to find uncounted ballots that mysteriously appeared suddenly to barely swing an election where the Republican had already been certified as governor.

And that was not the only election where democrats produced absentee ballots in the final hours to swing an election. The Slade Gorton versus Maria Cantwell Senate race was frought with the same cast of characters in the King County Elections Office where incidentally more than 500 homeless persons listed as their address.
To this day I believe there is corruption and graft in state election offices that cause state and county election workers to steal elections.
Yes, I am sure you are right about it still existing. The Dems on the local, State and federal level assume they are above the law.
State Level corruption is a hard thing to prove. ComDem State Governments are all thoroughly corrupt.
